  • Installation of additional circuits

As described in “Part-P” of the Building Regulations, all electrical work carried out in the home or domestic setting must be carried out by a competent person and properly tested, inspected and certificated according to BS7671. Work that is not certificated is deemed illegal and may be dangerous and/or cause problems when you are later trying to sell your property.

Parker Home has been assessed and approved to provide NICEIC certified electrician services, meaning that we have shown that we are able to carry out electrical works to the highest standards. As our customer, you can rest assured that your home is in safe hands.

It’s important to note that an uncertified and unregistered provider cannot sign-off their own work, which means a certified 3rd party must be appointed to approve and sign-off the works.

As is always the case with Parker Home, we ensure the quality, approvals and compliance is in place, giving you one less thing to worry about.

If you’re considering electrical changes or updates, please get in touch with our Bury St Edmunds office on 01284 386899 or our Cambridge office on 01223 789786.
